ABOUT US

Since 2019, Revive Automotive has been converting classic vehicles to electric power in northern Germany. With the REVIVE One and the T1 Electric, we combine modern electric drive technology with the design and character of automotive classics.

This passion starts with founder and managing director Max Carstensen. He inherited his enthusiasm for cars from his father, a driving instructor and master automotive technician. Since his youth, Max has enjoyed driving unusual cars and riding distinctive motorcycles. This appreciation for vehicles with individual character continues to shape Revive: we build cars that combine sound engineering with the joy of driving.

Behind every vehicle is a team that brings together different disciplines and a shared passion for automobiles. Building a good car requires design, mechanics, electronics and software to work together as a complete system.

Our product designers bring together functionality, usability and aesthetics. Software engineers develop the control systems and the interaction between electronic components. Automotive mechatronics specialists and electronics technicians specialising in devices and systems integrate the powertrain, suspension and vehicle electronics. Industrial engineers connect technical development with carefully planned production processes. Close collaboration between these disciplines supports every project, from the initial concept to the finished vehicle.

Long-standing partners complement our team with expertise in bodywork, sheet metal fabrication, painting and upholstery. Their craftsmanship is an essential part of our vehicles, from carefully restored bodywork and paint finishes to individually designed interiors. Together, we can deliver complete vehicles of outstanding quality.

We have put around 35 vehicles on the road so far. The experience gained from each project informs our work, with the aim of advancing classic cars technically while preserving what makes them special.
